Latest EV Battery with 1000kms range on a single charge
The Contemporary Amperex Technology Co. Ltd popularly known as CATL has recently revealed their new invention in the electric vehicles EV battery technology. The firm unveiled their newly-made rechargeable battery that will be use to power modern electric cars to gain more capacity and durability on a single cahrge.

Based on the information made public by the firm, the newly made rechargeable battery meant for electric cars (EVs) has the capability of powering an electric car up to 1000kms on a steady speed once it has achieved it 100% charging range.
In other words, this battery has the potential of keeping an electric on the road to cover up to 620miles on its single charging.


No doubt, this is one of the great achievement in the aim of having electric cars replace the internal combustion engines cars. This simply means that an electric car can run between close cities without any need to charge it twice or often within 24hours. The battery capacity is so unique which corresponds to its unique capabilities, in terms of energy density it has up to 255 watt-hour per kilogram among other strong features. Such strong battery will possibly bring strong revolution in the potentials of future electric powered cars.

The Chinese company (CATL) named the battery Qilin battery. The name is believed to reflect the name of the known Chinese mythical creature. Contemporary Amperex Technology Co. Ltd is a popular Chinese company founded in 1999 as ATL and later became CATL in 2011 with the sole aim of becoming a global leader of new energy innovative technologies, committed to providing premier solutions and services for new energy applications worldwide. The objective it has been standing out for since its establishment in China.
