My standing rechargeable fan stopped charging and the battery is OK, is not even indicating the charging light, and have checked all through but still not getting the problem, I will be glad if the solution can be given.

Please note that normal physical check cannot reveal internal discontinuity of the cables. Use a multimeter to check for internal discontinuity of the cables if you are certain that every other units of the fan are in order. Before checking the cables make sure that the charger of the battery has not gone bad because that can be the primary cause.
