The HAY SPRAYER is the latest machine made for the purpose of spraying animal foods automatically, the machine has its body integrated into a truck having its spraying nozzle pointing at the directions the animals’ food will be sprayed which is also moveable.
The popular food used for the machine illustration was dried hays which is a favorite feed for cattle, goats, and sheep.
The machine was able to spray the dried hay over a long distance to cover all the areas the Animals were located, moving the nozzle in a forward and backward motion making the hay spread across all the Animals in their location in forward and backward locations respectively. While the truck keeps moving in any driven direction to ensure proper sharing of the food to the whole animals on the farm.
It is believed that the spraying nozzle can be rotatable so that the truck will not need to be turning in a different direction to spray the hays rather the nozzle can do it. At the back of the same truck integrated with the hay spraying machine, there is a large bucket on it and the bucket is where the hays will be loaded by another self-loader truck.
The operational procedure is simple; load the hays into the bucket at the back of the truck and start the hay sprayer, then used the control handle to move the sprayer nozzle to any direction the Animals are to ensure all of them received their food.
Machine-like this one will be of help to those that have large Animal farms with few workers because it can be very fast in the feeding process such that; it can feed over 1000 cattle within an hour all you will need is to keep on loading the hays into the truck’s bucket and the machine will handle the spraying job.
This Hay spraying machine may be the answer to the stress most animal farmers face when it comes to feeding them in their large numbers. The machine has two models; one bearing the spraying nozzle above the truck and another having the spraying nozzle at the lower side of the truck.
The two perform the same function except that the one with the spraying nozzle by the side of the truck will be used to feed the Animals standing very close to the machine at the locations where the other type could not be able to spray the hays.
