Rearing cattle on the other hand had never been an easy task bearing in mind the same problems mentioned above.

Cattles have been known to accumulate so much dirt on their skin besides the dirt, some feces do hang around the cow’s anus after every excretion of feces.

These problems usually cause flies and other animals like birds to always hang around the cow to eat from their skin-contaminated particles.

The condition usually makes the cows uncomfortable which can be noticed from the constant waving of their tails to scare away the flies and sometimes scratching their skin on a tree or wood.

Having seen such a challenge for the cattle rearers, the Engineers have decided to provide a possible solution so that the cows’ skin will contain little or no dirt and thus making it impossible for flies to hang around them.

The answer Engineers offered to that effect was the development of the cows’ brush. It is the latest machine for the herdsmen, developed with the accurate working arrangement, precision, and affective functions.

Cows’ brush is not like most Agricultural machines which are usually large in size, it is a simple yet effective machine that can be hung in a place where the cattle are usually reared.

It is made with super speed electric motor attached with a cylinder-like shaped brush having small thick toothed brushes around it.

It rotates in both clockwise and anti-clockwise directions and has the ability to turn the brushes in 360 degrees of rotation while the motor is still turning.

Besides the above features, it is also automatic which makes it easy to start itself whenever any cow comes in contact with the brush and stops the moment the cow leaves.

Such function helps to save energy and helps to prolong the machine’s service life.

The machine can be hung on top of a structure above the cows so that its brush faces downward to make good contact with the cow’s skin as shown in the picture below or can be fixed on a wall so that the brush protrudes outward to make good contact with the cow’s skin.

As shown in the picture below, whichever method chooses the functionalities of the machine to remain the same.

From the pictures, one can see how friendly it is with the cows and the cows also find it very useful, hence visit the machine regularly for removal of dirt from their skin.

It is built in such a way that when the cow moves in any direction the brush will rotate in a direction that throws the dirt away and when moving backward the brush also changes its direction of rotation to ensure good contact and comfortable dirt removal.

Meanwhile, the speed can be controlled to suit any condition and the brush can be replaced or serviced regularly. It is time to give cows the comfortable life the Engineers have made possible. Don’t you think so?
